Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements for Cloud Consulting and Training
Generating business by acquisition of customers
Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling
Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable Candidates
Based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.
Negotiate the rates with the Clients and Candidates
Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission
Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.
Orient the Candidates on Interview process and Closure
Applicant having 0 yrs to 2 yrs of experience in Business Development role from Recruitment Firms/ Software Development /IT Sales/Inside Sales/Sales
Candidates from Pre-Sales background keen to move in Business Development can also apply.
Freshers can also apply
Good if have Team Handling experience or team lead capabilities.
Strong Technical and Sales Experience
Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills
Must be process oriented and consistent performer
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment
Must be confident, Self-motivated with go- getter attitude
Applicant should be willing to work in shifts - Mon to Friday
